Amitabh Bachchan to be the face of 'Incredible India' campaign!

Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan will replace Aamir Khan as brand minister of the Incredible India campaign keep running by the Union Ministry of Tourism.

Aamir Khan, whose remarks on saw prejudice in the nation had made a contention, has now stopped to be the mascot for government's 'Incredible India' campaign. It is said that the agreement for the same has terminated.

"Our agreement was with the McCann Worldwide office for 'Atithi Devo Bhava' campaign and not with Amir Khan. The advertising agency had contracted Aamir for the occupation. Presently the agreement with the company is over.

Tourism Ministry has not hired Aamir." "It was the McCann Worldwide which has procured him. Following the agreement with the organization is no all the more, naturally the course of action with the performing artist no more exists," Union Tourism Minister Mahesh Sharma said.

Issuing an announcement, Aamir Khan respected government's choice. He said he never took cash for the campaign as it was a support of the country and he would do that in future too.

Asked particularly whether Aamir was still Tourism Ministry's image diplomat, the ministry said, "Unquestionably not".

'Atithi Devo Bhava' a part of the Incredible India campaign started during the UPA administration. Aamir Khan was face of Incredible India for last 10 years.
